After the completion of first training session on Tuesday he mentioned that we are looking to start the competition with a win and hopefully we can lift the 2015 HIL trophy as well.

Uttar Pradesh Wizards to play their HIL 2015 opening game against Delhi Waveriders at home ground in Lucknow. It seems UPW is looking to win their inaugural match against title defenders. Raghunath also said that they had great time in training session and we (Indian players) are excited to share the field with foreign players.

VR Raghunath added, “As all of us know each other and get along pretty well, the first practice session today concluded on a comfortable note. Though, it was only the half of the team that practiced today, we are excited that the foreign players will be joining us soon.”

Marcel Balkestein, Jolie Wouter, Jeroen Hertzberger, David Alegre, George Bazeley and Shea Joseph Mcaleese are some of the key players in Uttar Pradesh Wizards squad for 2015 season.
