Top Order
At the top order Sri Lanka has got destructive Dilshan, Thirimanne and Sangakkara. Tillakaratne Dilshan is in superb form and he scored few hundreds, fifties in past few weeks in New Zealand. So he’ll be having huge responsibility to provide good start at the top of order.

Middle Order
Mahela Jayawardene, Angelo Mathews, Dinesh Chandimal and Thisara Parera will be the vital batsmen at the middle and lower order for Sri Lanka. Dimuth Karunaratne will also be playing in some games at the place of Chandimal. SL will be highly depended on Mahel Jayawardene in this world cup as he is playing his last ICC world cup along with Kumar Sangakkara. So both these guys will be key players for Sri Lanka to win the cup.

Bowling
Lasith Malinga’s returning to the side with full fitness is really a big morale booster for the side and it strengthens the bowling attack. He played two warm-up games to get some match practice but didn’t bowl his full over quota. Along with him Kulasekara, Herath and Perera will be key players in Sri Lanka bowling attack.
