3. ICC World Test Championship
To boost test cricket, International Cricket Council introduced World Test Championship in 2019. Top test cricket playing nations compete in the event and it’s first final will be held in June 2021.
4. Asia Cup
Top asian cricket teams play in the Asia Cup and usually it is scheduled to take place in every two years span. Asian Cricket Council (ACC) manages this tournament. It is played in both 50-over and 20-over format, depending on the following year’s world cup type; ODI world cup or twenty20 world cup.

Ashes series is one of the most popular bilateral cricket series and it is being played between England and Australia, two arch rival nations.
6. ICC Champions Trophy
This ICC tournament was played with ODI cricket format. ICC champions trophy was introduced in 1998 and in 2017, the last edition of CT was played in England. ICC scraped the Cricket Champions Trophy in 2018 and replaced it with T20 world cup to take place from 2021.
