Royal Challengers Bangalore beat Mumbai Indians in IPL 2021 first match

Big breaking news coming from Ahmedabad as Monday’s fixture between Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) and Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) has been postponed amid several complications with players at KKR camp. As per BCCI official, Varun Chakaravarthy and Sandeep Warrior have been found COVID-19 positive.

All other players of KKR team found to be negative in Corona test.

“Varun and Sandeep have found some symptoms and they’re positive of virus. They’ve been kept isolated,” BCCI official told SportsMirchi.

“There was no breach of bio bubble. Few players from Kolkata were taken to hospital for general checkup and probably they were caught by the virus there.”

Australian media the age and other high profile newspapers reported that Pat Cummins is also put in isolation and is found positive with virus.

Royal Challengers were at the third place in the points table with 5 victories from 7 games. RCB players would wear blue jersey in tonight’s match to thank all frontline workers during this pandemic situation.
