ICC have announced the official fixtures of women’s cricket world cup 2017 practice matches in England. New Zealand women to take on India women in the first warm-up match of ICC Women’s world cup on 19th June.

These practice games will be played from 19 to 22 June and each day two matches are scheduled.
Hosts England women will take on Sri Lanka women on their first practice match fixture. Six time women’s cricket world cup winning team Australia will be taking on South Africa and Pakistan in the practice matches. Skippers of all 8 teams are geared up to play warm-up matches and get prepared for the main event.
India women team captain Mithali Raj said, “We are eagerly awaiting the ICC Women’s World Cup, especially after our thrilling victory against South Africa in the final of the ICC Women’s World Cup Qualifier in Colombo in February. The warm-up matches provide teams with the chance to iron out any deficiencies and we look forward to making maximum use of them.”
