BCCI Marketing Committee has awarded Media Rights to ESPN network for broadcasting Pepsi Indian Premier League for next three years (2015, 2016 and 2017) in United States region. So now twenty20 cricket fans in U.S. region can enjoy world’s popular IPL tournament.
There were three companies in the race to get Pepsi IPL media rights but ESPN wins the media rights by defeating Willow and Times Internet. ESPN will have to pay a fee of USD 12.
