George Bailey has been ruled out from the third One-Day International match of Carlton ODI Tri-series against England at Hobart. As Bailey will not captain Australian team in England match, it is expected that Steven Smith will lead Australia in Hobart One Day.

This is the second time when George Bailey is facing one ODI math ban as he was finned in November 2014 against South Africa in Perth. Australia head coach Darren Lehmann was looking angry with Bailey after his ban. He says that bowling 50 overs in 3.5 overs is manageable as we bowl 15 overs in one hour in test match.

Darren Lehmann said, “You can, considering you bowl 15 overs in a Test match basically. You should be able to get through the 3.5 hours no dramas.”

Australian team took 3 hours and 56 minutes to complete their 50 overs bowling quota against India in MCG. Lehmann mentioned that after the match we discussed about our bowling and slow overs. We bowled a lot of wide bowls in the match. Lehmann said, “We were slow and we spoke about it last night about being better than that.
