The fourth edition of Men’s Asian Champions Trophy is scheduled to take place in Kuantan, Malaysia between 20 and 30 October 2016. Asia’s top six national hockey teams Malaysia, India, China, Pakistan, Japan and Korea to participate in the competition. Pakistan hockey team will be title defending champions in QNET Asian hockey champions trophy 2016.
Hosts Malaysia to face Pakistan in the opening match of tournament on 20th October from 18:00 local time. Each team will play other five teams of the competition and then knockout matches to be played on 29 and 30 October. Both semifinals are scheduled to play on 29 meanwhile 3rd/4th place match and final to be held on 30th October, 2016.
