Last night fake news of Virender Sehwag’s retirement was spread all over the world but Viru denied all the retirement news in Dubai. Today he is celebrating his birthday and on this occasion he has taken retirement not only from international cricket but also from Indian Premier League.
Sehwag had been out of favor from the national for a long period of time and despite his some good performance he was ignored by selectors. This forced him to take a call from the international cricket.

Viru scored two triple centuries in test cricket which is not done by any Indian cricketer till now except him. He could have become first batsman to score three triple hundreds in tests if he wasn’t dismissed on 293 in a test match against South Africa.
He also smashed 219 runs in a One Day International match against West Indies which was the second occasion ever in ODI cricket history when a player scored double ton.
In his IPL career Virender Sehwag also hit century.
