FC Barcelona will be facing Juventus in the group stage of 2020-21 UEFA Champions League as UCL draw concluded on Thursday. This would be a great contest between two sides and eventually individuals as top 2 greats of modern football era Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo will be facing off each other after long time since Ronaldo’s exit from Real Madrid.
A total of 32 teams will be competing in the group stage of Champions League and 16 teams will through to knockout stage of tournament. Four teams Krasnodar, Midtjylland, Istanbul Basaksehir and Rennes will be appearing in the UCL group stage for the first time.
Group H is the exciting one after seeing PSG and Manchester United drawn together. Meanwhile title defender Bayern Munich is place in the group A along with Atletico Madrid, Red Bull Salzburg and Lokomotiv Mosco.
UCL 2020-21 Group stage games are scheduled to play on 20 & 21 October, 27 & 28 October, 3 & 4 November, 24 & 25 November, 1 & 2 December and 8 & 9 December 2020.
